The liquid nitrile rubber is light yellow or brown liquid. It is widely used as adhesive, coating, sealing materials, rubber and resin modifier and plasticizer.

3.APPLICATION
The product has excellent oil-resistance and cohesion. It can be used to prepare adhesives with strong cohesion, good back-elasticity and oil-resistance mixing with phenolic resin, epoxy resin. The product has excellent compatibility with other rubber, it is not easy to be taken out from rubber by solvent and can be used as special plasticizer.
4.USAGE
The liquid NBR can be reinforced by carbon black and other inorganic fillers. The rubber can be vulcanized by vulcanizing agent and by general vulcanizating. It can be co-vulcanizated with solid rubber. The vulcanized rubber has good oil-resistance and cohesion.
5.PACKAGE, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The liquid nitrile rubber is packed by zinc-plating kettle. The net mass is 3kg, 5kg or 15kg per kettle. It can not be inverted in transportation. |
